Two women can have the exact same fat-loss goal and need very different plans to get there. They don't have the same schedule, the same responsibilities, the same stress, the same relationship with food or the same 24 hours in a day.
So I don't hand everyone the same plan and expect them to make their life fit around it. I want to know what your days actually look like, what foods you really enjoy, where things tend to get difficult and what you can realistically keep doing.
Because the plan still has to work on your busiest week. It has to work when you go out for dinner, when you're travelling, when work is nuts and when life doesn't go according to plan. That's where I think good nutrition coaching actually matters.
